Billing Policy

This Billing Policy outlines the terms related to subscription fees, course creation payments, renewals, and billing practices for MyDoulaCourse (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing any service, you agree to this Billing Policy.
1. Monthly Platform Subscription
Platform access is billed on a recurring basis according to the selected pricing tier:

Starter Access — $35/month

Growth Access — $70/month

Scale Access — $105/month
-
Enterprise Access — Custom pricing
Subscription fees grant access to:

The learning platform
-
Hosting & maintenance
-
Technical support
-
Participant access within plan limits
Automatic Renewal
All monthly subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
2. Annual Billing
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and may include promotional discounts (such as 2 months free).
Annual plans:

Renew automatically after 12 months unless canceled before renewal.

Are non-refundable once billed.
3. Participant-Based Pricing
Platform pricing is based on the number of active participants enrolled in your courses.
An “active participant” includes any user with login access during a billing cycle.
If participant limits are exceeded:

You may be automatically upgraded to the appropriate tier, or
-
You may be required to manually upgrade to remain in compliance.
Failure to upgrade may result in restricted access.
4. Course Creation & One-Time Services
Course build packages, guided services, and white-glove content creation are one-time fees per course.
Payment terms:

Full payment may be required upfront, or
-
A deposit may be required before work begins (if agreed in writing).
Once work has started, course creation fees are non-refundable.
Additional courses are billed separately at current package rates.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information.
6. Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

You will be notified via email.

Access may be temporarily restricted if payment is not resolved.

Continued failure to resolve payment may result in account suspension.
We reserve the right to retry failed payments.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
Cancellation terms:

Cancellation stops future billing.

No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Annual subscriptions remain active through the prepaid term.
8. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

Annual subscription fees are non-refundable after payment.

Course creation services are non-refundable once work begins.
Refunds, if issued, are at our sole discretion.
9. Price Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
Existing subscribers will be notified in advance of material pricing changes.
10. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
11. Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
